Personal Training offers a high level of help, advice, motivation and depth of training to kick start you on your journey to reach all your health and fitness goals. Conducted on a one to one basis, personal training allows sufficient time for nutritional support, varied training sessions and structured goal setting.
✓ 4 x 1 hour private 1-1 Personal Training Sessions per month at your house or location of your choice (must be within a 15 mile radius of Maidstone) with one of our Coaches. This is where you will learn good technique, understand training a bit more and develop in yourself.
✓ Access to all Tonbridge based Bootcamps for FREE. If you need that extra push and enjoy jumping round with a coach guiding you then our Bootcamps are where you need to be!
✓ Workout programme provided to you via the NXT LVL App, avoid having no purpose with your workouts when we aren't together, and have clarity on EXACTLY what you need to follow, to maximise the time spent exercising.
✓ Accountability, Monthly Check-ins (Physical) Photos and measurements and (Emotional) Energy, sleep, motivation, monthly cycle with video feedback from your coach.
✓ Regular communication with your personal Coach Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm to celebrate any wins as well as get you over any hurdles.
Online coaching is the most flexible, cost-effective, kick-ass way to reach your fitness goals in the known universe (OK, so we might be a bit biased). If you want to work out where and when it's convenient for you at the fraction of the cost of in-person training then Online Coaching will be for you!
Our online coaching is created on a completely personalised level for each and every client we work with, so the exact features included in the coaching depend on what we feel you would suit the best, however, below are some of the feature that we ensure all clients have access to*

If you already know what you’re doing but lack a plan at the gym or at home then this level may be for you? Avoid doing random sets and exercises that don't relate to your goals and let our coaches plan and monitor your program for you!

✓ Video instruction on how to do all exercises in your workout in the App
